SEAPI Apprentice Program 2026: A First Step Toward Preparing Future Leaders
PT Southeast Asia Pipe Industries (SEAPI) is conducting the Apprentice Program, a career development initiative designed to enhance the competence, insight, and readiness of selected employees to assume greater responsibilities. Following a rigorous selection process comprising administrative screening, academic and technical written tests, interviews, and psychological assessments ten participants were chosen from the Production, Maintenance, QHSE, PPIC & Warehouse, and Management Representative functions.
Over the course of two months, they are attending preparatory sessions led directly by section heads from various departments. To conclude the program, each participant will present a "mini-project" demonstrating the practical application of the material they have learned.
