Lampung, 2-5 December 2025 – PT Southeast Asia Pipe Industries (SEAPI) once again carried out the re-certification audit of SNI 39:2024 on December 2–5, 2025. This audit aimed to ensure the consistency of SEAPI’s steel pipe quality in accordance with the national standard used for water pipeline systems in Indonesia.
Scope of Audit
The audit covered inspections of:
- Steel pipes with and without zinc coating
- Thin, medium, and thick classes
- Internal diameters from 16” to 80”
All aspects of production, from material selection, fabrication processes, to quality control, were thoroughly examined to ensure compliance with the requirements of SNI 39:2024.
Evaluation Results
The audit results showed that:
- SEAPI production processes have been carried out in accordance with the established quality standards.
- SEAPI steel pipe products meet all technical and quality requirements of SNI 39:2024.
- Therefore, the certification process can proceed without critical findings.
